STRENGTH ESSENTIALS

Refine your training, build strength, and enhance your results with Strength Essentials. Perfect for all levels— whether you're an experienced lifter who loves weight training, new to lifting, or even returning from injury — with a capacity of eight participants in each session, this program offers personalised coaching to meet you where you are.

LIFT & CONDITIONING

Our LIFT & CONDITIONING program is a highly effective hybrid training plan designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel unstoppable. With structured programming and challenging workouts, Lift & Conditioning is a great full body session that packs results.

⚡Key Features:

✅Small Group Sessions – Capped at 12 participants for personalised coaching.

📊Personalised Progress Tracking – Your coaches track your training stats- keeping you motivated by seeing improvements over time.

💡Expertly Programmed – Structured weekly flow for continuous development & results- whether you train six days per week, or two days per week; you’ll get an effective training session, without the risk of over training.

PILATES X STRENGTH

Built for all fitness levels; Whether you’re an advanced exerciser looking to refine your performance or someone returning to fitness, Pilates and Strength is a great fit. It’s also an excellent resource for bridging the post-partum gap, helping women regain core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall mobility.
